1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for the sale of products and the provision of services on the AUREY Official Online Store (the “Site”).
By using the Site, all customers (the “Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Membership Registration & Account Management

  • If any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information is found, we reserve the right to cancel the registration.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

A purchase contract is formed when a User places an order on the Site and we send an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and void the contract due to reasons such as items being out of stock or system errors.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods include credit cards, Shopify Payments, and other payment methods designated by us.
Payment conditions and any applicable fees follow the terms set by each payment service provider.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Activities that interfere with the operation of the Site
  • Activities that infringe on the rights of other Users or third parties

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
