Shipping policy
1. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Area
Orders are shipped via our designated carriers (such as Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, etc.).
We currently ship within Japan only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of ¥880 (tax included) per order is charged nationwide.
For deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa, a shipping fee of ¥1,650 (tax included) applies.
3. Delivery Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after the order is confirmed.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic, or stock availability.
4. Long-term Absence & Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to long-term absence or an incorrect/incomplete address, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer.
Additional forwarding fees may also apply if the delivery address is changed after the order has been shipped.
